Jenny is a Senior Associate of the Diversity Practice. She specialises in executive coaching, facilitation and research in the area of leadership and change. She is a hugely talented and experienced coach of managers, Directors and CEOs from a variety of organisations and sectors. Her specialist areas include:

• Leadership coaching – providing the challenge and support that can be missing for executives at the most senior levels of an organisation to keep them on track.
• Diversity – exploring and appreciating difference, culture and beliefs to provide the best organisational solutions.
• Team performance – through team coaching, enabling improved lines of communication, increased self awareness and an understanding of others perceptions.

Over the last 10 years, Jenny has coached and mentored formally and informally in various roles at the centre of organisational change including: at Ashridge Business School where she developed her passion for executive coaching; leading the coaching programmes for the Learning and Skills Improvement Service; and coaching senior leaders attending Lancaster University Management School Leadership Development programmes, and across the NHS.

Previously, she has held senior marketing roles in organisations such as Schroder Leasing Ltd and Hamptons International.

Jenny has a BA (Hons), and a PG Cert Executive Coaching and MA in Management Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University.
