Caroline Harper Jantuah


Caroline is an Executive Director of the Diversity Practice. She has a background in training & facilitation, executive coaching, human resource management, organisational change and cross-cultural team development for organisations across Europe, North America and Africa. She uses executive coaching and team development, to focus on increasing personal and organisational effectiveness and successful change management, in line with business goals. Her style is pragmatic, thoughtful, challenging yet supportive, aiming to enable others achieve their potential.
With more than 25 years experience developing and coaching clients in both the public and private sectors, Caroline has worked with leaders at all levels to create inclusive high performing environments. Caroline specialises in:
- Enhanced coaching and facilitating, extending to multi-level team interventions and support
- Working with teams to enhance relationships both within units and across functions
- Facilitating the people side of large scale organisational change such as mergers, restructuring and culture change
- Consulting and advising on a range of diversity and inclusion related issues
- Research into leadership issues
Roles that Caroline has held include Senior Manager Glaxo Smith Kline; Management Development Consultant for Missenden Abbey Management Centre; and Trustee of Hope House a charity for young people.
Recent clients she has worked with include: Glaxo Smith Kline, The Crown Prosecution Service, The World Bank, Kings College Hospital, the Yorkshire and Humberside Strategic Health Authority, British Transport Police, The London Borough of Islington, The Financial Services Authority, The National School of Government and JP Morgan Chase.
Caroline holds an MBA, a PG certificate in Executive Coaching from Lancaster University, is a master practitioner in NLP, a fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a member of the International Coaching Federation and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
